The Alphacool Eisschicht Light thermal pad measures 100x100x0.5mm and provides a thermal conductivity of 7W/mK. It is intended for DIY builders who need to transfer heat between chips and cooler surfaces on graphics cards, motherboards or memory modules. The pink sheet is self-adhesive, elastic and can be trimmed with scissors to fit irregular component layouts.
Thermal interface limits
