Expansion for Alphacool AIO

This 360mm copper radiator is a prefilled module that connects to an existing Alphacool CPU or GPU AIO. It targets builders who already own a compatible Alphacool AIO and want additional thermal capacity without assembling a custom loop. The unit arrives filled and sealed, so no separate coolant or filling tools are required.

TPV hose and quick-release fittings

The bundle uses TPV tubing rated from -50 to +155 °C, which resists kinking and contains no plasticisers that can leach over time. Quick-release fasteners on the hose ends snap onto the matching AIO ports, turning a loop extension into a push-fit job. The 16 FPI fin density keeps airflow resistance low, allowing slower fan speeds while still adding cooling surface.

Case mounting and clearance

The radiator measures 400 x 124 x 30 mm with dual G1/4" threads, so it fits standard 360mm fan mounts but still requires enough case depth for the 30 mm core plus fans. Builders without an Alphacool AIO cannot use this kit, and cases lacking a 360mm mounting area will need a different radiator size.
