The APC SRT2200RMXLA is a 2U rackmount UPS delivering 2200 VA and 1800 watts of double-conversion power for servers, network gear and critical loads in 120 V environments. It accepts 40–70 Hz input, auto-senses frequency and presents a NEMA 5-20P plug for straightforward installation in standard IT racks.
Seven NEMA outlets plus SmartSlot
Six 5-20R receptacles and one L5-20R outlet support mixed cord types without adapters, while the SmartSlot bay accepts an optional network management card for remote monitoring. USB and RJ-45 serial ports provide local connectivity, and the hot-swappable APCRBC141 battery cartridge can be replaced without dropping the load.
Three-minute runtime at full load
The sealed lead-acid battery delivers three minutes of backup at 1800 watts and recharges in three hours, sizing the unit for short bridge-to-generator or graceful-shutdown scenarios rather than extended ride-through. Audible and visible alarms prioritised by severity alert operators to faults immediately.
