Storage foundation included

Two 1TB 7.2K 2.5-inch SATA drives slide into the front hot-plug bays, leaving six bays open for future expansion up to 64TB total capacity. The integrated Dell PERC H730 controller with 1GB cache manages RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 across SAS or SATA media. Dual 750W redundant power supplies keep the system running during a module failure.

Remote management built in

The iDRAC8 with Lifecycle Controller provides out-of-band hardware monitoring, firmware updates and remote console access without an operating system. A DVD-ROM drive is fitted for legacy media installs.
