The Dell PowerEdge T430 is a 5U rack-mount server system built for office workloads such as file and print serving, mail, messaging and web serving. It ships new with two Intel Xeon E5-2667 v4 processors running at 3.2 GHz with a 3.6 GHz turbo, 256 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across eight 32 GB modules, and a Dell PERC H730 1 GB storage controller with battery backup. Dual 750 W platinum power supplies and iDRAC 8 Express remote management are included.

The installed storage consists of eight 4 TB 12 Gb/s SAS hard drives connected to the PERC H730 controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 plus pass-through.
