Detachable USB-C and 1000Hz Polling

A detachable USB Type-C cable connects the keyboard to the host system. The PCB runs at a 1000Hz polling rate, sending input signals to the PC 1000 times per second. Full N-key or 6-key rollover is selectable, and the dual-layer board supports anti-ghosting for simultaneous presses.
