Transparent 2.5" SATA Enclosure

The Hetai Tech enclosure houses a single 2.5-inch SATA hard drive or SSD up to 6TB. It connects to a host computer through a USB 3.0 Micro-B port and requires no tools for drive installation. The ABS chassis is offered in transparent clear or black finishes.

UASP Accelerated USB 3.0 Transfer

The JMS578 bridge controller supports the UASP protocol, reducing command overhead during sustained read and write workloads. This allows the enclosure to maintain higher throughput over long transfers compared with the older bulk-only transport method. The USB 3.0 link remains backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 hosts.

SATA III 6Gbps Interface Ceiling

The internal SATA connector is limited to the 6Gbps SATA III specification, so any installed drive cannot exceed that ceiling regardless of its own rating.
