The HP ProLiant DL360 Gen9 fits a standard 1U rack slot while delivering dual Xeon E5-2643 v3 processors at 3.4 GHz. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 ECC memory and two 1 TB SATA drives come installed, giving a ready-to-run platform for virtualisation, databases or web tiers. The B140i controller provides software RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 across the SATA drives. Two hot-swap 500 W power supplies add redundancy without extra cabling.

No operating system is included, so the installer chooses the hypervisor or OS.
