Ready-to-run fanless mini PC

The Inctel Partaker I28 is a new fanless desktop computer built around an Intel Core i3-10110U processor with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. Windows 10 Pro is installed and the system is Windows 11 ready. Its aluminium chassis measures 186 by 126.5 by 66 millimetres and weighs 2.5 kilograms. The unit targets office work, HD video playback, education and industrial automation where silent operation matters.

Verify power, display and expansion needs

Confirm you have a 12V DC power source for the DC-IN jack. Video output uses one HDMI port and one DisplayPort connector so check your monitor cabling. Two Intel i211-AT Gigabit LAN ports are provided for wired networks. An external SIM card slot and a mini PCIe slot support 3G or 4G modules if mobile data is required. Two COM ports handle RS232 or RS485 serial devices. Four USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports cover peripherals.

Bundled OS and internal headroom

Windows 10 Pro activates immediately without extra licensing steps. The single SODIMM slot accepts DDR4 2666 or 2933 modules up to 32GB total. One M.2 2280 slot takes PCIe x4 or SATA SSDs and a 2.5 inch bay adds SATA storage with RAID 0 or 1 support. TPM 2.0, Wake on LAN, PXE boot, watchdog timer and auto power-on features are firmware-enabled for managed deployments.
