Aluminium construction aids heat dissipation during sustained transfers. Compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android devices.

Suits NVMe M-key and B+M-key drives only

This enclosure accepts M.2 NVMe SSDs in 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths. It does not support B-key NGFF or SATA M.2 drives. Builders needing to connect SATA-based M.2 storage should choose a different adapter. The package includes a USB-C to USB-A cable for broad host compatibility.

Key constraint: NVMe protocol required

The single specification that decides fit is the drive protocol. Only NVMe (PCIe) M.2 SSDs with M-key or B+M-key notches will function. Any SATA-based M.2 drive, regardless of physical length, is electrically incompatible and will not be detected. Verify the SSD keying before purchase.
