Four-channel RS485 gateway

The LORDWORLD board converts four independent RS485 channels to Ethernet, letting each serial line operate without interference. It functions as a serial server, Modbus gateway and MQTT gateway in one unit. Developers and system integrators can use it to bridge legacy field devices to IP networks.

Capacity and headroom

Four channels run simultaneously, so a single device can aggregate multiple sensors or actuators without adding extra converters. The design handles bi-directional traffic across all ports, but throughput will be limited by the Ethernet link and the serial baud rates chosen.
