Plug-and-Play with Clear Pin Mapping

The board aligns with the standard 40PIN header so installation is a direct press-fit onto compatible Pi models or Jetson Nano. Screw terminals on the PCF8591 simplify analog wiring without soldering. The main risk is accidental shorts if the OLED or joystick contacts touch conductive surfaces; keep the underside insulated. Driver support for CP2102, DS3231, PCF8591 and PCF8574 is mature in Linux, so software setup is usually a single package install.

Interface Limits Defined by Connected Chips

The .96 OLED and all sensors communicate over I2C, so total bus capacitance and address conflicts set the practical device count. PCF8591 resolution is fixed at 8 bits and its sample rate depends on the host I2C clock. PCF8574 adds eight quasi-bidirectional GPIO pins but cannot source high current.
