Compact ATX module for Mini-ITX and 1U builds

This 300W power supply module accepts a 12V DC input and delivers ATX 24-pin output for space-constrained systems. It targets builders of Mini-ITX PCs, HTPCs, POS terminals, digital set-top boxes, servers and similar embedded platforms. The board measures approximately 154 x 35 x 15mm and weighs 189g including cables, making it suited to tight enclosures where a standard PSU will not fit.

Industrial solid capacitors and plug-in cabling

Industrial solid capacitors provide high temperature resistance and stable operation across a 0 to 55°C working range. A 24-pin ATX cable, a 24-pin to 20-pin adapter, a DC input cable and an AUX cable are included for direct connection. The module requires an external 12V DC adapter capable of up to 25A input current; no AC inlet or internal fan is present on the board itself.

Passive cooling with 85% efficiency

The unit operates at 85% power efficiency and relies on system airflow for cooling, so case ventilation must handle the thermal load. Over-current and short-circuit protection guard connected components during fault conditions. With no onboard fan, acoustic output is effectively zero, leaving overall noise dependent on the chosen enclosure and external adapter.
