This 128 GB kit contains two 64 GB DDR4 3200 registered ECC RDIMMs built for Thinkmate rackmount servers. Modules run at 1.20 V with CL22 timing and a 4Rx4 organisation. The 288-pin form factor fits standard DDR4 RDIMM slots in the listed Thinkmate RAX and XS series chassis.

Buyers needing unbuffered UDIMMs or non-ECC memory for consumer motherboards should look elsewhere. Systems that require a different rank configuration, voltage or pin count are not supported by this module design.
