This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 128GB of DDR5 server memory across four 32GB registered DIMMs. Each module operates at 5600MHz with a CAS latency of 46 and runs at 1.1V. The 2Rx8 organisation and on-board ECC suit multi-socket platforms that require registered memory.

For ECC registered DDR5 platforms only

The kit is built for servers and workstations that mandate registered ECC DDR5 at the PC5-44800 speed grade. Desktop motherboards, consumer laptops and any system that expects unbuffered non-ECC modules cannot use this memory.

Registered ECC with 2Rx8 organisation

The registered buffer and error-correcting code combine with a dual-rank 2Rx8 layout to meet the signal-integrity and data-integrity demands of qualified server platforms. Systems that require unbuffered or non-ECC DIMMs will not accept this kit.
