This 16GB registered DDR4 module operates at 3200MHz with CL22 latency and 1.2V power. It uses a 2Rx8 organisation on 288 pins and includes ECC for data integrity. The part is validated for SuperMicro platforms and built with major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix.

Sustained-load behaviour

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller during continuous server workloads. ECC corrects single-bit errors in real time without halting the system. The 3200MHz data rate and CL22 timing deliver consistent throughput for virtualisation, database and compute tasks that run for hours.

Thermals noise and power
