Compatible THINKMATE Memory Kit

This 256GB DDR4 3200 kit contains four 64GB registered ECC RDIMMs validated for THINKMATE XS8-24S3 workstations. Each module operates at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. The 288-pin form factor fits standard DDR4 server DIMM slots.

IT teams running virtualisation, database or compute workloads on the qualified THINKMATE platform gain 256GB of error-correcting capacity in a single matched set. Systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs, non-ECC modules or a different pin count cannot use this registered RDIMM kit.

Four-Module 256GB Headroom

Populating four slots delivers 256GB total, suitable for large memory pools such as in-memory databases or dense VM hosts. The 4Rx4 rank structure and CL22 timing are optimised for stability at DDR4 3200; workloads demanding higher frequencies or lower latencies will exceed the rated specification of these modules.
