Registered ECC stability at 1.1 V

Registered buffering offloads the memory controller so all six slots run fully populated at the rated 5600 MT/s while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly. The modules operate at 1.10 V with no heat spreader, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Systems that require unbuffered memory or a different voltage will not recognise these DIMMs.
