512GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM Kit

This 512GB kit contains four 128GB registered DDR4 modules rated at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency. It is built for ThinkMate rackmount servers that require ECC registered memory for data integrity in mission-critical workloads.

Capacity and headroom

Four quad-rank 4Rx4 modules deliver 512GB total capacity for heavy virtualization, large databases or in-memory analytics. The 1.2V operating voltage keeps power draw predictable. Systems limited to lower maximum memory per slot or fewer than four slots cannot use the full kit.

Build integration

The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits standard DDR4 server DIMM slots. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing dense population. Boards that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs or require a different rank configuration will not support these modules.
