THINKMATE SuperServer DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM kit

This 64 GB kit contains eight 8 GB DDR4 3200 registered ECC modules built for THINKMATE SuperServer platforms. It targets administrators who need validated, error-correcting memory for 620P-TR, 620P-TRT, 220P-C9R and 220P-C9RT systems.

Registered 288-pin modules for populated server

Each stick is a 1Rx8 288-pin RDIMM running at 1.20 V with CL22 latency. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all eight slots to be filled without signal degradation. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow clearance follows the chassis design.

Eight matched modules tested under load

The kit ships as a single 8 x 8 GB package, stress-tested at rated speed before dispatch. Matching rank, voltage and timing across every module eliminates mixed-DIMM timing issues during POST and keeps the memory subsystem stable under sustained workloads.
