Targeted POS memory upgrade
This 8GB DDR3 SODIMM is built specifically for the POSIFLEX PS-3316E fanless touch-screen terminal. It delivers 1333MHz speed at CL9 latency using 2Rx8 unbuffered chips. The module fits the 204-pin slot and operates at the system voltage.
Fits the existing SODIMM slot
Installation uses the single 204-pin DDR3 socket inside the terminal; no extra cables or brackets are required. The 1.35V low-voltage design reduces heat in the fanless chassis while keeping full compatibility with the 1.50V platform spec. One module populates the channel and leaves no empty slots.
Replaces lower-capacity DDR3 sticks
The upgrade swaps out 2GB or 4GB PC3-10600 modules that limit multitasking in retail or hospitality workloads. The jump is worth it when the terminal runs multiple POS applications or local databases simultaneously. It does not serve systems that require ECC, registered memory or DDR5.
