128GB DDR4 2666 ECC RDIMM for Servers

This 128GB DDR4 2666 CL19 module is built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require registered ECC memory. It runs at 1.2V with an 8Rx4 organisation and fits 288-pin DDR4 slots. The part is designed as a direct replacement for specific Fujitsu part numbers including S26361-F4026-E328 and S26361-F4026-L728. Buyers using standard desktop boards or unbuffered memory configurations cannot use this module.

JEDEC-Compliant Registered Build

The module follows JEDEC and RoHS standards and carries no heat spreader, keeping the profile low for dense server chassis. Registered buffering and ECC reduce electrical load on the memory controller and correct single-bit errors during operation. Backward compatibility with 2133MHz and 2400MHz buses allows deployment in mixed-speed environments without configuration changes. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported by the memory architecture.
