It is built for Lenovo System x3550 M3 R4 and x3650 M2 servers that require 240-pin RDIMMs with 2Rx4 organisation. The modules run at 1.5 V with CL9 latency and include on-die error correction for data integrity.

Replaces Lenovo service parts
