Server ECC RDIMM Kit

This OWC kit supplies 256 GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory in four 64 GB modules. It is built for HP ProLiant Gen10 Plus servers that require registered DIMMs with error correction. The modules will not work in standard desktops or with unbuffered or load-reduced memory.

DDR4 3200 CL22 Registered

Each module runs at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with CL22 latency, 1.2 V operation and a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered buffer and ECC function are the single specification that decides compatibility with the target ProLiant platforms.

Four-Module Population

The 288-pin RDIMMs install directly into the server's memory slots without heat spreaders. Populating four slots at once lets the memory controller run in its optimal configuration while leaving remaining slots free for future expansion.
