The 288-pin form factor fits only slots wired for DDR5 registered ECC. Buyers who need unbuffered or consumer DDR5 must choose a different product.

4Rx4 128GB density per module

Each of the eight DIMMs uses a 4Rx4 organisation to reach 128GB density. This rank configuration determines whether the server memory controller can address the full 1TB kit. Systems limited to lower rank counts per channel will not recognise the full capacity.
