Server ECC RDIMM kit

This OWC kit provides 512GB of DDR4 server memory across two 256GB modules. It is built for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require registered ECC RDIMMs. Standard desktop computers cannot use this memory type. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported.

Sustained operation behaviour

The modules run at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency at 1.2V under JEDEC PC4-25600 specification. ECC registered design corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit errors during continuous workloads.
