This OWC upgrade kit supplies 512 GB of DDR4 memory across two 256 GB RDIMMs rated at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency. The modules are ECC registered, 8Rx4 octal-rank, 288-pin, and operate at 1.2 V. They are validated for Dell PowerEdge MX750c, R650 and R750 servers and cross-reference Samsung M393ABG40M52-CAE, Hynix HMAT14JXSRB120N, HMAT14JXSRB122N and Supermicro MEM-DR425MI-ER32.
