This 19 inch all-in-one system combines an Intel Celeron J1900 processor with 8GB DDR3L memory and a 128GB mSATA SSD in a fanless aluminium chassis. The IP65-rated front panel and resistive touchscreen suit factory floors, kiosks and outdoor cabinets where dust and water jets occur. It ships with Windows 10 Pro installed and supports Linux Ubuntu for legacy SCADA or HMI software.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The fanless design relies on the aluminium housing to dissipate heat, so the J1900 throttles at 50 °C when an SSD is fitted and at 40 °C with a mechanical drive. The 5-wire resistive layer remains accurate after 35 million touches and works with gloves or stylus, but its 80 percent transmittance reduces brightness to 250 cd/m². Backlight life is rated at 30000 hours minimum, so colour shift appears gradually rather than suddenly.

Installation and Common Issues

VESA 75 mounting points and embedded buckle kits allow panel, wall, desktop or cantilever mounting in a 422 by 346 mm cut-out. A single Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder accepts Wi-Fi or 4G modules, yet only one SODIMM slot exists so memory cannot exceed 8GB. The DC 12 V input requires an external 100-240 V AC adapter; reversing polarity or using a higher voltage brick damages the mainboard.
