Maximum capacity per bay exceeds 16 TB
The enclosure supports a single SATA drive of any capacity up to and beyond 16 TB, so large archival disks work without a capacity ceiling. Transfer speeds reach 625 MB/s over USB 3.0, limited by the drive itself, and the interface falls back to USB 2.0 or 1.1 when connected to older ports. An LED shows power and activity status at a glance.
Tool-free swap with included AC adapter
Installation is a matter of sliding the tray out, placing the drive on the ABS shock-absorbing tray, and pushing the tray back until it clicks. The aluminium shell aids heat dissipation and rigidity. The package supplies a USB 3.0 Type-B to Type-A cable and a 110-240 V AC adapter, so the only common issue is forgetting to connect the external power for 3.5 inch drives.
