Hydraulic bearing and anti-vibration pads

A sealed hydraulic bearing resists dust ingress while keeping operational noise at 16dBA at 1100RPM. Nine curved blades and a frame with internal and external cut-backs are shaped to increase air volume and pressure. Four rubber pads are included to decouple the fan from the case and reduce transmitted vibration.
