The Samsung PM893 MZ-7L33T800 is a 3.84TB 2.5-inch SATA III solid-state drive built for enterprise servers and storage arrays. It uses V-NAND TLC memory and the Samsung Metis controller to deliver consistent performance for read-intensive workloads. The drive is new and rated for one drive write per day.

Build integration

The 2.5-inch form factor fits standard drive bays and backplanes using the SATA 600 interface. Low power draw of 1.5W idle and up to 3.2W active reduces thermal load in dense enclosures. No wireless or PCIe connectivity is present, so a compatible SATA controller or HBA is required.
