92 mm PWM fan and vertical fin stack

A custom 92 mm PWM fan spins between 550 and 2500 RPM to deliver 10.34 to 47.0 CFM of airflow at 18.5 to 32.0 dBA. The fan mounts vertically on an extruded aluminium fin array with an aluminium core. A reinforced back-plate reduces motherboard flex and improves contact pressure without requiring case-specific brackets.
