Server memory kit for ECC platforms
This kit supplies 64 GB of DDR4 memory across two 32 GB modules. It is built for servers and workstations that require registered, error-correcting DIMMs. Systems without registered-memory support cannot use these modules.
Registered DDR4-3200 with CL22 latency
The modules run at 3200 MT/s (PC4-25600) with a CAS latency of 22 at 1.20 V. Registered buffering adds one clock cycle of address-command delay, so the memory controller must support registered DIMMs. Mixed populations with unbuffered DIMMs are not supported by the platform.
2Rx8 organisation per 32 GB module
Each DIMM uses a dual-rank 2Rx8 layout, placing two ranks on the 288-pin module. The rank count determines how many logical ranks the memory controller sees per channel; platforms with a low rank limit per channel may not accept a full population of these modules.
