Four hot-swappable bays and redundant power
Four front-accessible bays accept compatible 3.5-inch SATA hard drives or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs and support hot-swap replacement without downtime. Four integrated 1GbE RJ-45 ports enable Link Aggregation and automatic failover, while a PCIe Gen3 slot allows adding 10GbE, 25GbE or M.2 SSD adapters. Dual redundant power supplies and an operating range of 0°C to 35°C suit continuous rack environments.

The single PCIe slot accommodates only one add-in card, so choose between faster networking or M.2 caching. Memory is fixed at 4GB and cannot be upgraded. One RX426 expansion unit can be attached for up to eight bays total; no further expansion is supported.
