64GB DDR5 RDIMM kit for TRX50 workstations

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR5 registered DIMMs rated at 6600MHz with CL34 timings. It is built for AMD Threadripper PRO 7000 series processors on TRX50 motherboards and uses AMD EXPO profiles for automatic configuration. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in professional workloads.

Sustained load behaviour with on-board PMIC

The on-board PMIC manages power delivery across each module during extended compute tasks. Hynix ICs are tested with automated sorting equipment on a 10-layer PCB to maintain stability at 1.40V. On-die ECC adds a second correction layer that keeps error rates low when the memory runs continuously at 6600MHz.

DDR5 channel architecture limits

Each DIMM provides two independent 40-bit channels that double the theoretical bandwidth compared to DDR4. The registered buffer adds one cycle of latency but allows the memory controller to drive four modules at 6600MHz without signal degradation. EXPO profiles are validated only for the TRX50 platform.
