Thermal Pad for SSDs and GPUs
This electrically non-conductive thermal pad measures 100 x 100 mm with a 1.0 mm thickness. It is designed to transfer heat from SSDs, GPU coolers, voltage regulators and memory modules. The pad provides good thermal conductivity and an excellent price-performance ratio.
Upgrading from Basic Thermal Pads
The Minus Pad Basic improves on earlier pads with higher thermal conductivity and easier handling. The jump is worth it when stock pads leave gaps or when component temperatures remain high under sustained loads. It replaces dried or torn pads during maintenance or cooler swaps.
Check Thickness and Surface Area
Verify that a 1.0 mm pad matches the gap between your component and heatsink. Confirm the 100 x 100 mm sheet covers the target dies or can be cut to fit smaller modules. Ensure the mating surfaces are clean and free of old compound before installation.

Spørsmål om denne varen
What size gap does the 1.0 mm pad fill on an SSD or GPU?
The pad is 1.0 mm thick and covers a 100 x 100 mm area, matching standard M.2 SSD and GPU VRAM footprints.
How do I install the pad without trapping air bubbles?
Peel the protective film, align the pad on the clean component, and press evenly from the centre outward so the slight compressibility spreads it flat.
When should I replace the thermal pad?
Replace it whenever you remount the cooler or if temperatures rise after prolonged heavy loads, since the material cannot be reused once compressed.
