Dual-Bay Enclosure with Offline Clone

The MAIWO K3527N combines one M.2 NVMe slot and one 2.5/3.5 inch SATA bay in a single aluminium housing. It connects via USB 3.1 Type-C at up to 10Gbps and includes a 12V power adapter for stable operation. No driver is required on Windows, Mac OS 8.0 and above, or Linux systems.

Replaces Separate Docks and Clone Devices

A single unit now handles both drive formats and copies data between them without a computer. The toggle switch selects SATA-to-NVMe or NVMe-to-SATA direction, provided the target capacity is equal to or larger than the source. Builders who only need one format at a time, or who require hardware RAID, will not gain from the duplicator function.

Limited by USB 3.1 Gen 2 Bandwidth

The 10Gbps ceiling is shared when both bays are accessed simultaneously, so sustained throughput drops below the peak NVMe rate. SATA drives remain capped at their native 6Gbps link. The enclosure has no active cooling, so prolonged heavy transfers rely on passive aluminium dissipation and the auto-sleep feature to manage thermals.
