Integrated aluminium heatsink keeps temperatures

A thin aluminium heatsink is pre-fitted, raising the module height to 4.30 mm while the bare PCB measures 3.30 mm. The sink spreads heat during sustained workloads so the controller stays within its 0 °C to 70 °C operating range. No extra mounting hardware or thermal pads are required. The drive weighs 10.00 g with the heatsink and 7.00 g without it.

1480 TBW endurance and 2,000,000 hour MTBF
