Two anodised aluminium heatsinks for chipset cooling
These 35 x 35 x 10 mm black aluminium heatsinks are sold as a pair for DIY thermal management. They target motherboard chipsets, voltage regulators, power transistors, FETs, ICs, power amplifiers and VGA northbridge or southbridge components that need extra heat dissipation. Each piece weighs 25 g and uses an anodised finish for corrosion resistance.
Check component dimensions

The parts attach with thermal adhesive glue, which is not included, so source a suitable compound separately.
