This 16GB DDR4 2400 CL17 module is built as a single 288-pin non-ECC unbuffered DIMM rated at 1.2V. It replaces QNAP part numbers RAM-16GDR4A0-UD-2400 and RAM-16GDR4A1-UD-2400 and is validated for the TS-1273U-RP, TS-1277, TS-1635AX, TS-1673U and TS-1673U-RP.
