The PNY Quadro P1000 is a new workstation graphics card built on NVIDIA Pascal architecture with 640 CUDA cores. It targets CAD, DCC and visualisation professionals who need certified driver stability and four simultaneous Mini DisplayPort 1.4 outputs at up to 5120 x 2880 resolution.
The frame buffer size and memory interface width are the decisive specification for model fidelity and texture throughput. Four gigabytes of GDDR5 memory connected through a 128-bit interface determine whether large assemblies and high-resolution assets fit in local memory without paging to system RAM.
The board draws up to 47 W under full load and uses a single-slot cooling assembly that exhausts heat toward the rear bracket. This thermal profile keeps acoustic output low in typical office workstations and allows deployment in compact chassis where dual-slot cards cannot fit.
