Large-die AIO cooler

The Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora 280 is an all-in-one liquid cooler engineered for processors with very large dies. It targets AMD Threadripper and Epyc chips alongside Intel CPUs for the LGA 3647 socket. A 280 mm copper radiator and two 140 mm fans provide the heat dissipation capacity.

55 x 42 mm cold-plate footprint

The copper cold plate measures 55 by 42 mm and contains 58 fins each 0.4 mm thick with 0.4 mm spacing. This surface exceeds the core area of the target Threadripper, Epyc and LGA 3647 processors so every hotspot sits directly under the fins. The 3 mm base thickness minimises thermal resistance between die and coolant.
