The PERC HBA355i host bus adapter delivers SAS 12 Gb/s pass-through connectivity to 12 front-accessible 3.5-inch drive trays. Deciding specification

The installed memory uses DDR4 technology exclusively; no other DDR generation is compatible with this platform. The 12-bay 3.5-inch chassis accepts SATA and SAS drives but does not support NVMe in these bays. RAID functionality requires a separate PERC controller because the HBA355i provides pass-through only. Remote management is handled by iDRAC 9 Enterprise.
