It ships with 512 GB of DDR4 2666 MHz registered ECC memory across 16 modules, leaving 32 slots free for expansion up to 6 TB. The system targets organisations that run large databases, virtualisation clusters or in-memory analytics and need maximum compute density in a single rack unit.

Sustained throughput with redundant power

Two hot-swap 1600 W platinum power supplies share the load so the server maintains full performance during extended compute windows without throttling. The PERC H730P controller with 2 GB cache drives eight 600 GB 10 K SAS drives in RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 or 60, keeping storage latency predictable under heavy mixed read-write workloads. Quad-port networking — two 1 GbE and two 10 Gb SFP+ links — provides consistent bandwidth for east-west traffic between cluster nodes.
