2.5 to 3.5 Drive Mounting Kit

The EN-Labs 25TO35MAKIT converts a standard 3.5-inch internal drive bay so it can hold one 2.5-inch SSD or hard drive. A metal bracket, a combined SATA data and power cable and mounting screws are included in the package. It suits builders adding solid-state storage to a desktop that only has larger bays available.

Replaces Improvised Mounting

Without this bracket a 2.5-inch drive must be secured with tape, zip-ties or a makeshift tray that can block airflow or vibrate. The kit is worth the jump when the case lacks dedicated 2.5-inch slots or when a clean, screw-down installation is preferred over temporary fixes. It supports drives with 7 mm and 9.5 mm heights.

Sustained Operation In A Fixed Bay
