Server DDR5-5600 RDIMM kit

This 576GB kit contains six 96GB DDR5-5600 Registered ECC RDIMMs built for the Supermicro H14SSL-NT motherboard. Each module runs at 1.1V with CL46 timing and a 2Rx4 rank layout. The registered design and ECC support are intended for enterprise workloads that require full-capacity population and data-integrity protection.

DDR5-5600 population rules

The H14SSL-NT memory controller expects Registered RDIMMs at DDR5-5600; UDIMM or SODIMM modules will not function. Full-capacity operation depends on the board's qualified-vendor list and the specific DIMM population order defined in the system manual. Exceeding the approved slot count or mixing ranks can prevent the system from posting at the rated speed.

Installing six 96GB RDIMMs

Modules are 288-pin RDIMMs without heat spreaders; align the notch and press evenly until the retention clips latch. Common issues include seating modules in the wrong slot sequence for the CPU configuration, mixing with existing DIMMs of different rank or voltage, and failing to update the BSP before installation.
