This 288GB kit contains six 48GB DDR5-6400 RDIMMs built to the exact rank, voltage and timing the H14DST-F memory controller expects. Registered ECC modules with CL52 latency and 1.1V operation are recognised at full capacity and run at their rated speed without manual tuning. It is intended for administrators upgrading or populating a Supermicro H14DST-F server.

Registered architecture for full-slot population

The registered design offloads the memory controller so every slot can run fully populated at the rated 6400 MT/s data rate.
