The Partaker A8 is a fanless all-in-one computer built around an Intel Celeron J1900 processor with 4 GB of DDR3L memory and a 128 GB mSATA SSD. Its 17-inch TFT LED display offers a 1280 x 1024 resolution and a 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen protected to IP65 on the front. The unit ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit installed and targets industrial automation, kiosk and embedded deployments where a compact sealed front panel is required.

Installation notes

The system arrives assembled and ready to run, so initial setup is limited to connecting the supplied 12 V DC power adapter and any peripheral cables. Expansion is handled through a full-size Mini PCIe slot with a SIM card holder, which accepts Wi-Fi or 4G modules. Because the chassis is fanless and relies on the aluminium housing for heat dissipation, the mounting orientation must allow free airflow around the case; blocking the fins can raise internal temperatures above the 0–50 °C operating limit.

Pre-order checklist

Verify that the available cut-out matches the 380 x 315 mm opening hole and that the chosen mounting method — embedded, wall, desktop or cantilever — suits the 386.3 x 321.3 x 54 mm enclosure. Confirm the site can supply 100–240 V AC for the included adapter and that the DC jack polarity matches the unit’s 12 V input. Ensure any required serial devices use the three COM ports provided and that the single VGA output satisfies the display needs, as no digital video interface is present.
