Under continuous operation the dual 500 W 80 Plus Platinum units share the load, maintaining efficiency at 96 percent while allowing one supply to fail without downtime. The 1U cooling design moves air across the Xeon E-2124 and the MegaRAID 9361-8i controller, keeping thermals stable during extended RAID rebuilds or sustained database workloads. IPMI 2.0 with a dedicated LAN port enables remote sensor monitoring and KVM-over-LAN access so administrators can track temperatures and power health without physical presence.

Four-bay 3.5-inch hot-swap storage

The chassis provides four hot-swap 3.5-inch drive bays wired to the MegaRAID 9361-8i eight-port SAS 12 Gb/s controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10. Only two 3.5-inch trays are included, so populating all four bays requires additional trays. The board also offers dual M.2 slots — one SATA or PCIe 3.0 x4 and one PCIe 3.0 x4 — for NVMe boot or cache devices. Buyers who need more than four 3.5-inch drives or a second RAID controller must choose a larger chassis.
