This 30 metre multimode fibre patch cable uses OM3 10-gigabit core glass terminated with LC and ST ceramic ferrules. The cable supports 1, 10 and 40 gigabit Ethernet over multimode distances with typical insertion loss of .2 dB and maximum of .3 dB.
